Collected information is used exclusively to facilitate bot commands, manage permissions within servers, and generate aggregated usage reports to help optimize performance and user experience.
3. Data Retention
We retain technical logs and diagnostic data for a period not exceeding 30 days. User IDs and server settings are stored as long as the bot is present in a server, or until a request for deletion is received.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Hermes-Agent does not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Data may only be shared with service providers (like hosting platforms) who assist in bot delivery, or when required by law.
